PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which prevents the clogging of a charging pipe, decreases the entry of oxides of molten metal into a casting mold considerably and increases the quality of products by providing a well part for the oxides of the molten metal in the peak part of the vertical charging pipe and removing the oxides through an openable and closable discharge port. CONSTITUTION:In a forging device for molten metal, a top metallic casting mold 1a is set above a bottom metallic casting mold 1b by means of an upper cylinder 2, and a gas is blown through a gas supply port 8a into a pan 8. Molten metal passes through a branch pipe 4a from a charging pipe 4 and is supplied into cavities 3. The molten metal receives pressurizing by the operation of a lower cylinder 6 until said metal solidifies. The excess molten metal in the pipe 4 is returned into the pan 8. The oxides of the molten metal produced during the time when the molten metal moves in the pipe 4 from a holding furnace 10 float on the surface of the molten metal in the pipe 4, ascend vertically without flowing toward the pipe 4a, and accumulate in a discharge port 4b which is provided at the preceding end and serves also as a well part for the oxides of the molten metal.
