PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a substrate and the stripping-off or degeneration of an optical recording material layer by forming the optical recording material layer and a rubberlike polymer layer on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An optical recording material layer 2 is formed on a pregrouped substrate 1 made of acrylate resin by vapor-depositing Te, a silicone rubber layer 3 is formed on the layer 2 by spin coating, and a transparent protective substrate 4 made of acrylic resin is superposed on the layer 3 with an adhesive 5 in-between. The silicone rubber layer 3 prevents the deformation of the substrate 1 and the stripping-off or degeneration of the layer 2. |
