<p>PURPOSE:To execute read with a high recognition rate, by providing a button for selecting a threshold level which decides an input video signal obtained by scanning, as black and white. CONSTITUTION:A character, etc. entered into a business form by a photoelectric converting device 1 are scanned, a reflected ray obtained by scanning is converted to an electric analog signal by the photoelectric converting device 1 therough a lens 3, it is inputted to a binary-coding circuit 5 through an amplifier 4, and is converted to a digital signal corresponding to a white level and a black level. On this binary-coding circuit 5, a button for selecting a threshold level which decides an input analog signal as balck and white is provided.</p> |
