PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for one time of treatment and to provide large treating capacity by controlling the inputs in the working directions of actuators sequentially in three states. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st state, the pressure oil only to the other cylinder 10 is under the low pressure and main flow rate, by which a pressure plate 12 is moved at a high speed. As compared to the prior art, the number of cylinder is twice larger and the speed is higher. In the 2nd state, the pressure oil is supplied to all the cylinders 10, 11. The pressure oil changes from the low pressure to the high pressure and from the large flow rate to the small flow rate. Particularly in the final stage of forming, the pressure oil attains the max. working pressure and the flow rate is minimized. In the 3rd state, the oil pressure to the other cylinder 10 alone is under the low pressure and large flow rate, and the plate 12 moves at a high speed. As compared the conventional the prior art, the number of cylinders is twice larger and the speed is higher. Thus, many parts in the pressure forming stage are accomplished only by the other cylinder (a part of the cylinder among the plural cylinders). |
