PURPOSE:To securely correct slant movement of a transfer paper with one side recorded also during both-side recording and to prevent paper jam, etc., by installing means for correcting slant movement of the transfer paper to be recorded conveyed through a refeed route, on this route. CONSTITUTION:A both-side recording device is provided with a both-side unit 200, a conveyance section 82 for both-side recording, an intermediate tray 210, etc. When a sensor SS201 detects transfer papers remaining on the tray 210 at the start of both-side recording, the papers are ejected to a container box 214. Correction of slant movement of the paper refeed from the tray 210 is executed in the section 82, thus permitting slant movement of the transfer paper with one side recorded to be securely corrected and paper jam or the like to be prevented during both-side recording. |
