<p>PURPOSE:To make the sensitivity of a titled device satisfactory, and also to make it small-sized, by concentrating a magnetic field into the vicinity of the bottom surface of the first groove in which a photocurrent sensor is stored, by the second groove, and also lightening an electric field by providing a shield on the groove. CONSTITUTION:Into a cylindrical metallic vessel 1, gaseous SF6 is charged, and to an electric conductor 2 whose section is circular, high voltage is applied. When a current flows to this electric conductor 2, a magnetic field is generated in the circumferential direction of the electric conductor 2 in accordance with magnitude of the current, but since shields 6, 7 are separated from the electric conductor 2, a magnetic field by the shields 6, 7 is not generated. Therefore, the magnetic field penetrates the shield 6 and passes through the inside of a groove 3. Also, the current flowing through the electric conductor 2 is bent by a groove 4 and is concentrated near a bottom surface 3a of the groove 3, therefore, the magnetic field being near the bottom surface 3a increases. In this way, by a photocurrent sensor 5 provided near the bottom surface 3a of the groove 3 so that the sensitivity direction becomes parallel to the groove 3, the current can be measured with high sensitivity.</p> |
