PURPOSE:To simply support a gas separator on a foundation and to facilitate the regulation in an elevational direction by supporting the separator on the foundation with L-shaped fittings, and clamping regulating bolts at the fittings in an elevational direction. CONSTITUTION:A gas separator 4 is supported by L-shaped supporting fittings 7 on a foundation, the fittings are clamped by clamping bolts 8 for clamping the separator 4 at the end of a drain oil valve 3, and a height regulating supporting bolt 9 is clamped at the lower side. Thus, since cracks, oil leakage can be prevented, the reliability of the separator for use in a long period can be improved. Since the fittings 7 are clamped also with the bolts 8 for clamping the separator 4 at the end of the valve 3, components are reduced in a simple structure inexpensively. As the fittings 7 can be adjusted in height by the bolt 9, the separator 4 can be easily supported without influence to the height H from the foundation to the separator 4.
