In motor vehicles with water-cooled engine and a windshield, whose outer side can be washed clean by a washing arrangement, it has been proposed to heat the washing liquid by letting the washing liquid pass through a tubular loop 2 of metal located inside a heat exchanger through which the refrigerating fluid passes, which is constructed of metal and replaces a part of the normal radiator hose 1. The connection of this heat exchanger to the other parts of the standard radiator hose is a weak link in regard to the sealing and a complication which is avoided according to the invention in that the heat exchanger is made from a piece of the radiator hose itself. This eliminates the need to provide the heat exchanger with a heat insulated housing of plastic or rubber. <IMAGE> |
