PURPOSE:To increase the number of speed-change stages in a transmission with two main clutches by connecting an auxiliary transmission coaxially to the transmission. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 3 is equipped with the first main clutch CL1 and the second main clutch CL2 to be engaged and disengaged. A main transmission can change speed by changing over a clutch A and a clutch D. Meanwhile, an auxiliary transmission connected to the main one can change speed respectively by a clutch B and a cutch C. The power changed in its speed by the main and the auxiliary transmission is finally taken out to an output shaft 15 from a gear 28.
