The multi stage turbine has a case and a rotor on a shaft which turns in it. The rotor has two adjacent discs, the first being an entry for circulating fluid. The external circumference has openings for fluid and internal piping to direct fluid to them. The second assembly has spaced control discs with external circumferential outlets for fluid from inside the case. The entries consist of two opposed pipes ending in an annulus around the entry circumference. The assemblies are each held inside wing plates.
