PURPOSE:To obtain a secure new calling channel exchange system free of interruption of calling, etc., by switching a radio base station which has a service area where a moving body enters to a new call channel. CONSTITUTION:The moving body 64 uses a channel 73 as the current call channel of a radio base station 2 and moves toward the service area 6 of a radio base station 3. In this case, a tracking call channel switching device 1 executes an exchange sequence through the operation of a tracking switching control unit 11 to turn off the calling transmitter and receiver of the base station 2 by a signal 72. Then, a control unit 11 sends out a new call specifying signal 71 to the radio base station 3. At the base station 3, the transmission part is set to a current channel code temporarily to turn on the transmitter and receiver. New channel code information is transmitted with a new call channel specifying radio wave 75 and once the moving body 4 is changed over to a new channel side, the base station 3 turns on a transmitter and receiver for the new call channel to hold the calling of the moving body 4 in readiness. |
