<p>PURPOSE:To give an editing process to a read document with characters of the same as or similar to the styles of input characters, by providing a memory to which pattern data is written to a storage position corresponding to a code signal. CONSTITUTION:A read key 1f on a keyboard 1 is pushed to obtain a read mode. Then a control circuit 2 writes successively the input character pattern data C fed from a character reader 4 to a buffer memory 2b and at the same time delivers the data C to a display 5 in accordance with a format selected previously. The display 5 displays characters in the styles same as or similar to the input characters an on the basis of the data C. When a print key on the keyboard 1 is pushed, access is given to the data C which is stored in the memory 2b. Then the characters are printed in the styles same as or similar to the input characters.</p> |
