PURPOSE:To simplify the positioning and fixing structure of a conductive terminal of a motor by integrally molding the terminal with a stator to bury the terminal in a frame and then positioning and fixing the terminal. CONSTITUTION:After a stator 1 is associated, a conductive terminal 4 is connected to a movable terminal wire 3 of a coil 2. Then, the stator 1 is inserted into a lower mold 14, and the terminal 4 is interposed directly between upper and lower molds 13 and 14. The, resin is filled in the molds 13, 14, thereby integrally molding part of the terminal 4 by a resin layer with the stator 1 to form a frame. Accordingly, the terminal 4 is fixed in the state to be integrally buried in the frame. According to this method, a terminal base for leading lead wirings can be eliminated. |
