PURPOSE:To perform high-speed data transmission, by detecting the potential shifting state of a data line, and performing positive feedback operation. CONSTITUTION:When data is outputted to the bus line 1, an enable signal is set to a high level and gates 4 and 5 operate as an inverter. In this case, when the bus line 1 starts transition from a preset value to the high level by the data and reaches the threshold value of the gate 4, the output of the gate 4 varies from the high level to the low level to turn on a transistor (TR)Q3. Therefore, the bus line 1 is applied with a high level(+VDD) through turn on of the TRQ3 to rise in level instantaneously. This operation is positive feedback operation, so variation of the bus line 1 due to the high-level data is fed back positively and instantaneously to perform high-..speed operation. Therefore, the output of the output gate varies from the high to the low level instantaneously. |
