PURPOSE:To prevent a DDC overflow when a variable gain is large by providing a means for setting a limit value according to the gain of a variable gain device which increases or decrease the output signal of a limiter for limiting an input signal. CONSTITUTION:For control inputs 1 and 2 which vary successively, the limiter 4, variable gain device 3, and limit value setter 7 are provided. The limit value setter 7 stores the current value of the variable gain device 4 for the input signals 1 and 2 to set the limiter to such a limiter value that any DDC overflow does not flow. Consequently, when the variable gain of the variable gain device 3 is large, the limiter value of the limiter device 4 is set and an output signal is controlled to a limited value without any DDC overflow. |
