PURPOSE:To improve the overall reliability of an information processor, by reading the information recorded to a recording medium to compare it with the information stored in a buffer register. CONSTITUTION:A signal D3 is converted into a data D11, i.e., an electrical signal through an interface 33 and then fed to a comparing device 34 such as a digital comparator, etc. The comparator 34 compares the data D11 with the data D1 given from a buffer register 31 and displays the result of comparison. When no coincidence is obtained from the comparison, a stop signal st is supplied to a punching device 13 from the comparator 34 to stop the operation of the device 13. Then a manual correction is given to the part of a paper tape 15 where the data D11 is stored on the basis of the result of comparison and by means of a correcting device 37 of a reader part 32. |
