PURPOSE:To enable finding of only a mixed foreign substance with a minimum finding of air bubbles in a liqud medicine, by a method wherein a polarized light plate mounted between an encapsulating receptacle and a camera or a observer is inserted and located so as to cross a polarized light axis of a polarized light plate, a situated between a light source and the encapsulating receptacle, at right angles. CONSTITUTION:Light passes through a slit 6 above an light source 4 for illuminating from the underlying light source 4, it enters a first polarized light plate 1 located thereabove, and a soft bag 2a positioned further thereabove is irradiated with light polarized thereat from a bottom part. A second polarized light plate 3 is placed in parallel in a lateral direction so that it is situated facing and opposite to the plane surface of the soft bag, and an observer or an electronic camera is then placed in front of the plate. In which case, combination of polarized light plates is that the first plarized plated 1 is situated horizontally below the soft bag 2a and the second polarized light plate 3 is placed vertically in front of the soft bag 2a, although the polarized axes of the polarized light plates are combined as shown in an arrow mark and in which case also, the two polarized light axes of the two polarized light plates are brought to a state to cross each other at right angles, which results in preventing finding of air bubbles in the soft bag. This prevents the presence of air bubbles from interfering with inspection of a foreign substance and permits the relialbe detection of only a foreign substance in a short time. |
