<p>PURPOSE:To provide a prescribed write time stably independently of the write time of an external write signal, by providing a circuit generating an internal write signal based on the write signal and a means inhibiting other input signals at the presence of the internal write signal. CONSTITUTION:Input buffer circuits 5-7 consist of a latch circuit outputted with a write signal buffer inversion output 18' and a one shot multivibrator circuit outputted for a predetermined time only with a time constant comprising a resistor and a capacitor due to the write signal. When ''H'' is applied as the write signal, the one shot multivibrator circuit 8 outputs ''H'' in synchronizing with the signal, and even if the write signal goes to ''L'', the output is held for a prescribed time determined with the time constant of CR. Thus, the write characteristics is made stable.</p> |
