PURPOSE:To improve correcting accuracy and prevent positional deviation while waiting for die by the following processes that a die is shifted to two fixed hooks by advancement of two adjacent movable hooks in order to correct the position and then it is absorbed by the collet. CONSTITUTION:The movable hooks 3, 4 open and carry a die 6 absorbed by a collet 5 onto a board 7. Then such die is absorbed by the board 7. The hooks 3, 4 move forward and shifts the die 6 to the fixed hooks 1, 2. The collet moves downward, absorbs the die, cancelling absorption by the board 7. Then, hooks 3, 4 move backward, and the collet 5 absorbing the die 6 moves upward carrying the die to the next step. According to this structure, position can be corrected equally and no positional deviation is generated while the die is sent or received to/from the collet. |
