PURPOSE:To output a voltage signal corresponding to a detected magnetic field through simple constitution by applying pressure corresponding to the detected magnetic field to a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric element 1 is sandwiched between an upper electrode plate 2 and a lower electrode plate 3 and on the top surface of the electrode plate 2, a permanent magnet 4 made of a nonmagnetic magnet material is arranged; terminals 2a and 3a are led out of the electrode plates respectively, thus constituting a magnetic sensor 5. The magnetic sensor is fixed on a stationary position 6 with the electrode plate 3 down, the magnet 4 is opposed to the rotor 7 of a magnet motor having magnetic fields to be detected arrayed alternately, and S magnetic poles face the magnet 4 successively through the rotation of the rotor 7. Consequently, upward and downward displacing forces corresponding to the direction of magnetic fields from the rotor 7 operate on the magnet 4 to vary pressure applied to the piezoelectric element 1 periodically, outputting a voltage signal to between terminals 2a and 3a. |
