PURPOSE:To prevent a driving force from being reduced by arranging a motor shaft so that its axis is located on a perpendicular passing through an eccentric shaft from a rod shaft when a connecting rod is located on the central normal of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The axis of a motor shaft 1 is displaced by the eccentric quantity (1) of an eccentric shaft 4 from the center of a diaphragm 5 in the left and right direction, and the eccentric shaft 4 and the axis of a motor shaft 1 are located on the same horizontal line when the shaft of a connecting rod 3 is located on a normal passing through the center of a diaphragm. The rotary driving force of the motor shaft 1 can be applied to the center of the diaphragm 5 from the connecting rod 3 at the maximum force as a force F directly depressing the diaphragm 5, thereby the driving force of a diaphragm pump can be prevented from being reduced. |
