PURPOSE:To reduce noise and to improve the recording density and massproductivity, by sticking a plastic-made magnetic sheet having vapor-deposited magnetic metal on a conductive base board. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic metallic layer 13 is formed on a plastic film 12 such as polyethylene with the vacuum deposition, and it is sticked on a base board having conductivity such as nonmagnetic metal board made of stainless steel and a conductive plastic board via an adhesive layer 14. Further, the base board and the magnetic metallic layer are coupled electrically, allowing to prevent electrostatic charging. |
