PURPOSE:To save energy, by making a scraping plate being freely rockable in the carrying direction execute a reciprocating motion by being interlocked with an up-and-down motion of a press ram, and carrying an object to be carried, to a target position by utilizing excess force of a press. CONSTITUTION:An object to be carried is dropped in front of a scraping plate 19 from a drop port 27 at a position of the retreat end when a press machine is at a top dead center. Subsequently, when the press machine starts to descend, a connecting rod 30 is depressed, and a chain 3 wound between sprockets 6, 7 is rotated. After that, a pulley 8 fitted concentrically with the sprocket 7 is rotated, a pulley 9 is rotated through a wire 4, and a slider 2 fitted to a wire 5 extended between pulleys 10, 11 is moved forward. Subsequently, the scraping plate 19 fitted to the slider 2 which has moved, pushing the object to be carried, to the vicinity of the advance end hits against a front end stopper 20, is sprung up to the front side, presses a locking plate 23, goes under the locking plate 23 and is fixed. Subsequently, the scraping plate 19 moving backward in a locked state hits against a back end stopper 25 of a lock releasing means and the locking plate 23, the scraping plate 19 locked in the upper part is released, and by repeating said process, the object to be carried is carried. |
