PURPOSE:To perform efficiently the work for assembling a panel block in a narrow assembling space by a method wherein, after longitudinal members are welded on the upper surface of an outside plating, the outside plating with the longitudinal members is reversed and laid on transverse members, the transverse members and the outside plating are welded to each other, and thus the panel block is assembled. CONSTITUTION:Each longitudinal member 2B is welded on an outside plating 2A, and thereby the outside plating 2A with the longitudinal member 2B is formed. Next, this outside plating 2A with longitudinal members is reversed by using a reversing stand, laid on transverse members 2C, and fixed thereon by using a fixing means. Then, by using an automatic welding machine of a transverse member assembling apparatus, the outside plating 2A with longitudinal members and each transverse member 2C are welded to each other, and thereby a panel block 2 is formed. By such an assembling method, the outside plating, longitudinal members and transverse members can be assembled efficiently in a relatively narrow assembling space. |
