摘要 PURPOSE:To make the radius of gyration of an automobile smaller by arranging a final drive device with inclination to the central axis of a input part, in the direction in which the angle between the central axis of the input part of a front wheel driving device and the central axis of a propeller shaft in a plane, becomes small. CONSTITUTION:A final drive device 16 is arranged such that the inclination angle to a propeller shaft 17 in a plane becomes small. Consequently, the load for the joint of the propeller shaft 17 is small, so even on case of the single Cardan joints 17a and 17b of constant speed, sufficient durability may be secured. Then, accompanied with the inclined arrangement of the final drive device 16, drive-shaft 18, 19 are also inclined slightly to the direction being at right angle to the central axis of a vehicle. Therefore, the steering angle of a type 12 in the clockwise direction as shown, may be made larger by the inclination angle beta of the drive-shaft 19, thereby making the minimum radius of gyration of an automobile smaller.
