PURPOSE:To prevent shortage of torque at the time of start, and to execute the start quickly and stably, by superposing a prescribed signal onto a signal corresponding to a load of a pull-motor, only for a constant interval of time from the time of start, at the time of start. CONSTITUTION:At the time point of start, a load current of a pull-motor 6 does not flow, therefore, a signal from a detector 11 is not applied to an input terminal of an operational amplifier 12, and terminal voltage of a capacitor C of a charging circuit 13 is applied to the input terminal of the operational amplifier 12. Accordingly, from a control device 19, prescribed power is outputted, and a pushmotor 2 is started by large torque. When a prescribed time has passed after start, voltage of the capacitor C drops enough, only output voltage of the load detector 11 is applied to the input terminal of the operational ampliifier 12, and to a torque controller 15, a signal corresponding to an output of the pull-motor 6 is applied. Subsequently, through a limiter 18 and the control device 19, prescribed power is applied to the pushmotor 2, and it is operated by prescribed torque. |
