PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a net panel having a tightly extended net, by placing the tightly extended net on the upper face of a frame body, temporarily fixing it by welding, and clamping a clamping plate placed on the upper face of the net along the frame body, into the frame body side. CONSTITUTION:On the insie of a supporting frame 5 of the upper face of a tightly extended plate 6, a frame body 1 is placed, and a net 2 which is a little larger than the frame body 1 is placed on the frame body 1. By moving a bolt 10 forward and backward, a receiving part 9a of a tightly extended frame 7 is placed on the lower pat of the outside edge part of the net 2m and a holding plate 12 is placed on the upper surface of the net 2 along a frame body 9. Tightly extending force is given to the net 2 by pinching the outside edge part of the net 2 by the frame body 9 and the holding plate 12, and successively moving the tightly extended frame 7 to the outside. Subsequently, the net 2 is temporarily welded to the fame body 1, and after that, a clamping plate 3 is placed on the upper face of the net, the net 2 is pinch-pressed by the clamping plate 3 and the frame body 1, is clamped and fixed exactly, the net part protruded from the outside edge of the frame body 1 is cut, and a net panel having a tightly extended net is manufactured easily. |
