PURPOSE:To convert an analog input signal of a plurality of channels into a digital signal at the same timing, by forming a count value signal from counted clock signal, obtaining an integrating voltage signal with sequential integration, comparing the signal with an analog input signal, operating a latch circuit when both the signals are coincident and storing the count value signal. CONSTITUTION:A counting circuit 4 counts the clock signal C and outputs the count value signal D. An integration circuit 5 is reset to zero potential with a reset signal E, and outputs a voltage proportional to the number of input pulses of the clock signal C to a comparator 6 as an integrating voltage signal F. The comparator 6 compares an analog input signal G1 with the signal F, outputs a comparison signal H to the latch circuit 7 when the signals are of the same level, stores the count value signal D when the signals F and G1 are of the same level, and outputs the signal D as a digital output signal I1. |
