<p>A printing plate useful for printing a magnetic toner resist comprising a support substrate, a layer of a magnetic material, and a top layer of fluoropolymer with a critical surface tension not greater than 24 dynes/cm and a hardness greater than 5.1 Adjusted Vickers. The printing plate has good release properties, minimizes or avoids premature build-up of toner in the background areas, provides an extended temperature window for transfer, and has an extended life.</p> |
