In the data processor, access to a control memory is performed by using a next address data obtained by a logical operation between contents of a next address field of a micro instruction read out of the control memory by using the operation code of the above-mentioned machine instruction and a selected one of suboperation index data of a micro instruction read out from the control memory by using the suboperation code of the machine instruction.
