PURPOSE:To form required spark gaps as prearranged, by holding the spark gaps between pairs of gap forming electrode elements without causing the displacement through temporarily holding elements of the spark gap. CONSTITUTION:Plural pairs of gap forming electrode elements 5, 6 are provided at a prescribed interval between a pair of parallelly connected stripe bodies 2, 3, while spark gap temporarily holding elements 7 are parallelly connected to spark gaps 4 between each of the elements 5, 6 to form a spark gap forming frame body 9, and both ends of the elements 7 of this frame body are enveloped individually by a spark gap holding insulator 8 across a part of the elements 5, 6, then exposed parts of the elements 7 and one stripe body not enveloped by this insulator 8 are cut off, further the other stripe body and one gap forming electrode element are folded mutually in the opposite direction to the insulator 8, and then the other stripe body is curved for radially arranging respectively one of the elements 5, 6. |
