PURPOSE:To increase high rate discharge performance by suppressing life deterioration, especially early capacity deterioration caused by the interface between a grid and an active mass. CONSTITUTION:After a grid is coated with paste, it is immersed in a foaming agent solution such as sodium bicarbonate, diazoaminobenzene, and dried to solidify. In order to increase high rate discharge performance by impregnating a forming agent solution in a plate, after impregnation, the plate is dried at a temperature of 50 deg.C or higher to make porous the surface of a plate by frothing the foaming agent, then it is dried in usual process. |
