PURPOSE:To enable interruption of torque to be given from a load side, by providing an idle roller and its locking device on an input and an output shafts which are interlocked with each other by a gear. CONSTITUTION:When an output gear 35 is turned, an intermediate gear 3 is displaced longitudinally on an output shaft 2 by a screw 15 and pressed against a first and a second idle rollers 16 and 17 for turning them in a short time. At this time, an eccentric cam 26 encroaches upon a space between an input shaft 1 and the idle roller 17 by turning it in a clockwise direction (h) through friction between the first and the second idle rollers 16 and 17, through which the idle roller 17, that is, the output shaft 2 is made to secure. Torque, therefore, given to the output shaft 2 is not transmitted to the input shaft 1 side, but interrupted. |
