PURPOSE:To secure low voltage operation, by removing influences of the current amplification factors of transistors (TR) in use, early effect, and power voltage from a constant current output as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:Collectors of TRs Q11 and Q12 in a current mirror couple are connected to a power source Vcc through the collector-emitter paths of TRs Q13 and Q14 as a couple of current sources having control input terminals respectively. Further, a TRQ15 as a current amplifier having the base connected to the collector of the output-side Q12 is grounded directly at the emitter and connected at the collector to the common base of the TRs Q13 and Q14 and the base of a TRQ16 for an output circuit. The emitter of the TRQ16 is connected directly to the power source Vcc and its collector is connected to a load circuit as a constant current output terminal. |
