<p>PURPOSE:To automatically load a tape to relieve the load on a driver by using a key switching means of a tape loading device to detect the ON-state of an engine key switch. CONSTITUTION:An on-vehicle magnetic recording and reproducing device is constituted of a power supply comprising a battery 1 and an ACC switch turning on/off the electric devices of the vehicle and a tape loading device provided with a key switch detection means 3. The ACC switch 2 of the power supply is controlled according to the ON/OFF of the on-vehicle electric device and the ON/OFF of the ACC switch 2 is detected by the detection means 3. Further, a pack detection means 4 detects the end of loading of a tape pack and tape loading detection means 5, 6 detect the end of tape loading. Then a motor drive circuit 9 is controlled till the loading detection of the means 5, 6 according to the ON/OFF of the ACC switch 2 detected by the detection means 3, the drive/stop of the motor 10 is switched to load a tape automatically.</p> |
