PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a vibrating body effectively by constituting a coupled vibration system by a vibration system having vibration mass smaller than the vibration mass of the vibrating body and a vibration system having vibration mass smaller than said vibration mass. CONSTITUTION:The first vibration mass M1, which is smaller than the vibration mass M of the vibrating body R but is comparatively large, is connected to the vibrator R having the vibration mass M, the second vibration mass M2 extremely smaller than the first vibration mass M1 is connected to the first vibration mass M1, and a comparatively small first compliance K1 and an extremely small damping factor h1 are formed between the vibration mass M of the vibrating body R and the first vibration mass M1. A sufficiently large second compliance K2 and a comparatively large damping factor h2 are formed between the first vibration mass M1 and the second vibration mass M2. |
