A preventive composite for hyperlipemia. An iodine-enriched egg is used as the effective component of the preventive composite. The egg contains 300 to 4,000 mu g of iodine. The egg is obtained by feeding a high amount of an iodine compound and/or a seaweed to egg-laying birds so as to transfer the iodine contained therein to eggs of them.
