<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform grooving of various shape, by dividing the shape of a groove into each pattern of chamfered part, diagonal face, corner part, bottom part and combining the shape of each pattern from the shape of the machined groove to decide the locus of a tool. CONSTITUTION:A shape of a machined groove in a work 16 is set to a trapezoid such as a groove 16a, and coordinates of a start point SP and final point FP, groove width W1, chamfering shape of front and rear corners 16b, 16c, data of a tool, etc. are input by the worker from a keyboard 5 as the machining information INF and stored in a data memory 3. A main control unit 2 drives a machining developing unit 10 to decide a finally machined shape of the groove 16a from the information INF, decide a rough machining line expected with a finishing margin and set boundary points PA-PH of each section of chamfered part, diagonal face, corner part, bottom part. If the locus of a tool in each section is decided, the tool is controlled by a cutting condition control unit 15 and machining control unit 16 to perform groove machining.</p> |
