PURPOSE:To test whether or not the direction of paper feed at a picture reader is normal, by using a sheet of paper on which convergent line bands are drawn comprising reference lines extended in the paper width direction and plural straight lines converging to one point on the reference line. CONSTITUTION:The convergent line bands comprise reference lines 4 extended in the paper width direction and a plurality (2 lines in Fig.) of straight lines 6(1), 6(2) having various angles to the lines 4 at the up and down direction of the reference lines 4 and converging to a converging point 5 on the reference lines 4. In reading a check paper drawn with the reference lines and the convergent bands at the picture reader, when the direction of paper feed is the normal direction as shown in the arrow 8, the reference line 4 of the reproduced picture is reproduced into one straight line without steps and the straight lines 6(1) and 6(2) are plural straight lines having steps. When the check paper is fed with a right angle to the line 6(1) as shown in the arrow 9, the line 6(1) is reproduced with one straight line without steps and the reference line 4 and the line 6(2) are reproduced with plural straight lines with steps. |
