PURPOSE:To provide the automatic gathering function and the automatic sorting function to improve the efficiency of the copy operation, by changing automatically the copy eject direction of a copy ejecting means for every one copy which is ejected from a machine onto a copy tray. CONSTITUTION:A copy P which is guided from a copy executing mechanism by a guide plate 2 and is sent toward an eject exit 3 is caught between upper rolls of copy eject roll pairs to receive the feed-out force and is ejected from the eject exit 3 onto a copy tray 4. Rotation speeds of copy eject roll pairs 51-54 are controlled to eject the copy P to various different positions in the horizontal direction on the copy tray 4. As the result, the automatic gathering and the automatic sorting are possible, and the efficiency of the copy operation is improved. |
