PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour by substituting a cylindrical material by a plate-shaped materal and manufacturing a clutch gear. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture a clutch gear which is relatively short in the direction of shaft line, the center part of a disc-shaped material 23 is punched-out (a). A flange part 24 is formed in the inside diameter part 22. At this time, a shoulder part 25 maintains a vertical surface to a center shaft 26 (b). Coining work is applied onto an outer periphery part to form a chamfer part 27. (c). Fine blanking work is carried-out through the cooperation of the upper and the lower molds each equipped with a cutting blade, and a spline teeth part 32 is formed between the contiguous chamfer parts 27 (d). Taper work is applied onto the both teeth surfaces 33 each forming the teeth part by use of a taper forming apparatus, and the inverted tapered teeth surface is formed, and then the work is completed. |
