The panel (1) is intended for assembly as a wall of a camping vehicle (e.g. on the load deck of an existing van). It comprises a metal (e.g. aluminium) plate (2) with a layer of insulating material (5) secured on one (inner) surface. The two opposite (longitudinal) edges are proVided with (inward) flanges (3,3a) between which the material (5) is secured. A strip (6) of this material and/or wood (4) is releasably arranged along one (3a) and/or the other (3) flange (to facilitate fixing adjoining panels). The thickness of the material (5,6) (and the wooden batten 4) is preferably greater than the width of the flanges.
