PURPOSE:To obtain a small pump at a low price further with a high head, by providing plural stages of blades radially of an impeller, feeding water from the blade of the innermost diameter side successively to the blade of the outer diameter side and performing multi-stage pump action with a single of impeller. CONSTITUTION:As an impeller 1 rotates, inflowing water is increased with the pressure by blades 5, 6 in the first stage to further flow in water paths 7, 8 in the second stage then largely boosted with the pressure by again receiving pump action with blades 3, 4 in the second stage. While pressurized water, respectively from the side of a casing cover 2 via a delivery part 17, delivery passage 38 and delivery port 18 and from the side of a casing 35 directly through the port 18, flows into a delivery chamber 37 and flows out to the outside via a delivery pipe 21. By this constitution, a single of the impeller 1 can be operated in a multi-stage manner, and a small pump can be obtained at a low price further with a high head. |
