A fastening means, preferably intended for nailing down a corrugated aluminium plate 2 against a support 1 of wood and provided with a shaft 3 with a pointed end portion 4 at one end and a head 5 at the opposite end, and also with a coating 6 of a resilient or elastic material. The fastening means is shaped for providing a good sealing against the plate and for eliminating squeaking and popping caused by thermal movements of the plate. The fastening means is characterized in that the coating is arranged at least around the portion of the shaft 3 situated next to the head 5, where the shaft has a neck portion 8. The coating has the same cross section as the adjoining free portion of the shaft at its end towards the point 4, and is enlarging towards the head. Adequately, the coating may extend up around the head and have a surrounding sealing lip 12 along the periphery of the head, at the lower side of the same. <IMAGE> |
