PURPOSE:To enable constant quantity cheese having small weight dispersion to be automatically formed with a simple operation by comparing the cheese weight of a plurality of indefinite length pipe threads with a set value to store the shortage or surplusage of the cheese in a control means so that the shortage or surplusage is regulated by thread supply or thread withdrawal. CONSTITUTION:The reference weight of constant quantity cheese is set in a reference setter 3 to generate signals to a computer 4. On the other hand, supply cheese 26 is produced by the use of a plurality of indefinite length pipe threads so as to be heavier than the reference weight and weighed sequentially by a balance 1. The computer 4 subtracts the reference weight from the weight of supply cheese 26 to send the difference to the input of a memory 5 which stores the difference. An operator places the cheese 26 on a carrier 23 of a thread winder to provide the supply cheese 27a the weight of which lowers somewhat the carrier 23 to operate a limit switch 6. By this operation is operated a computer counter 7 which receives and stores the weight difference. The counter 7 compares pulse sum from a gate 10 with the weight difference between the cheese 27a and the constant quantity cheese and a cutter 11 cuts off the thread 25 when the sum reaches the weight difference. |
