PURPOSE:To omit the separating step after the removal of products from the mold so as to prevent the lowering of the yield of the products due to the chipping off or the like of the products, by cutting off the connecting section of a runner and a product to separate them with the mold being closed. CONSTITUTION:While the ceramic resin is still in the softened state before it is cooled and solidified, a driving member 9 is actuated to advance a cutting plate 7. A driving member 10 is actuated at a speed similar to or a little higher than that of the driving member 9 so that a core 8 is retracted into the fixed mold 2 and therefore the ceramic resin forced by the cutting plate 7 is received. The ceramic resin filled in the runner 5 and the cavity 6 is separated into the product (M) and the ceramic resin (M') remaining in the sprue 4 and the runner 5. |
