PURPOSE:To minimize delay in transport of transcript sheets even when the amount of feed is small, in a paper feed control device of a copying machine, by driving the feed roller at the same time as or a little later than drive of a resist roller. CONSTITUTION:A transcript sheet is sent off from the paper feed tray 1 by guide plates 9-12 for a resist roller 3 and further a photosensitive member 4. The sheet delivered by the feed roller 2 is sent to the resist roller 3, and the feed roller 2 is driven until the leading edge is bitten by this resist roller 3 and stops then. The resist roller 3 is driven in synchronization with the image on the photosensitive member 4 and sends off the sheet. Drive of his resist roller 3 is linked with drive of the feed roller 2, and actually they are so controlled that the feed roller 2 is driven again at the same time as drive of resist roller 3. |
