PURPOSE:To prevent the hunting of a turbine and a generator, by detecting the steam pressure produced from a boiler while feeding a signal from a control section to a governer when said pressure exceeds over predetermined range to control the output from a steam turbine thereby utilizing the waste heat effectively. CONSTITUTION:The steam pressure produced by waste heat boilers 1a, 1b are detected at a detecting section A from a pressure signal at point (a), then the steam pressure at point (a) and the upper/lower limits in upper/lower limit setters Ba, Bb are compared at a difference detecting section E, to produce an increase signal proportional to the increment when said difference exceeds over the upper limit while to produce a decrease signal proportional to the decrement when said difference drops below the lower limit. Said signal is provided from a control signal generating section to a governer 9 for a stream turbine 5 as a control signal, to control the output of a generator 10 to be driven by the output of a steam turbine 5. Consequently the power produced by the generator 10 due to the increase of the waste heat is utilized effectively to prevent the hunting when the steam amount is low. |
