PURPOSE:To correct the original sheet at the time of paper feeding, by furnishing either a reversing roller or paper feed roller with a pair of thin rings projectingly. CONSTITUTION:A reversing roller 6 is fitted slidingly in a bearing 12 with a rotary shaft 8 interposed to press the paper feed roller 4 relatively. On both sides of this reversing roller 6 on the rotary shaft 8, friction plates 9a, 9b are mounted, and the plate 9b is pressed by a coil spring 11. A pair of thin rings 7a, 7b of rubber are installed on the circumferential surface of the reversing roller 6, and the friction plates 9a, 9b and coil spring 11 are arranged to constitute a torque limiter. Owing to this torque limiter, rotation of the rotary shaft 8 in the E direction will actuate rotation of the reversing roller 6 also in the E direction, in case load on the reversing roller is small, to make possible feed of original sheets one after another separated, and a correction is made by allowing first only the reversing roller 6 to contact for the purpose of obtaining free rotation before the sheet is bitten by the rollers 4, 6. |
