PURPOSE:To insert a crossover track between poles directly into the slot of a core without cutting by moving a stator coil of a 3-phase motor to the winding position of poles by winding directly on a touring blade of an inserter. CONSTITUTION:A coil winding setting device has wedge supply means A, an inserter B, winding means C and holding means D. The means A is placed on the surface plate of the inserter B to supply a wedge. The inserter B individually has 36 elevationally movable touring blade 325 and 6 sets of auxiliary plates in which 3 plates are prepared in a set in an individually elevationally movable at an interval of 60 deg. outwardly of the circumference formed of the blade 325, and three bobbins are formed simultaneously at an interval of 120 deg. at the winding time. The means C has a flier 389 which is opposed to the bobbins elevationally movable between the winding position and the standby position above the inserter B, thereby simultaneously winding three bobbins. The means D8 is disposed to reciprocate between the supply position for receiving the stator core and the coil inserting position. |
